Original Columbia Pictures Insert Poster (14x36) for the Sam Newfield western musical comedy, THE TERROR OF TINY TOWN (1938) starring Billy Curtis, Yvonne Moray, "Little Billy" Rhodes, and Billy Platt. This unusual western has all the classic elements usually found in a western of the day but with an all-dwarf cast. The plot revolves around a gunslinging midget who comes to terrorize the good "little people" of Tiny Town. The cast rides Shetland ponies, rope calves, and walk UNDER the swinging barroom doors. This original insert poster is one of the scarcer posters on a scarce title. The poster was folded at one time, but it has been stored flat for many years. Condition is theater-used with some chips out of the poster and other minor distresses. The blue inks are not faded. We have graded this example as good to very good condition.
