Original American International Pictures Six Sheet Poster (81x81) for the Roger Corman horror classic, TALES OF TERROR (1962) starring horror all-stars Vincent Price, Peter Lorre, and Basil Rathbone. This trilogy is a very loose adaptation by Richard Matheson of three of Edgar Allan PoeÕs stories. These stories are not for the hardcore horror fan, but rather have a camp and kooky style that is as much about comedy as about horror. Roger Corman directed eight movies based on PoeÕs stories. TALES OF TERROR was the fourth one and implements a wicked sense of humor for the first time that will become the trademark of the later films. This original six sheet poster is unused and in very fine plus condition.
