Baker and Monty Berman The film concerns events which happened in London beginning in December of 1910 which set off a conflagration between police and members of a Latvian gang in London's East End. The movie stars Donald Sinden, Kieron Moore, Peter Wyngarde, Godfrey Quigley, Nicole Berger, Tutte Lemkow and a host of others. The movie was filmed in Dublin because the location looked very much like East London at the time of the events. When the London Police are outgunned, they call in the Army.
