Originial Columbia Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) from the Hal Ashby film SHAMPOO (1975) starring Warren Beatty, Julie Christie, Lee Grant, Jack Warden and Goldie Hawn. Look for a very young Carrie Fisher in a small role! Beatty is a hairdresser in 1968 California. He loves women, he just does, and they love him too. And why not? He's attractive, TALENTED, takes care of their looks. Julie Christie has the hots for him, so does Lee Grant. She's married to Jack Warden and he has the hots for Christie. Warren has the hots for everybody. The film is set during the Nixon-Humphrey Presidential election. This was largely a project of Warren Beatty's and the film was a big success. Wisely, he chose Hal Ashby to direct. The poster is in fine plus to very fine condition, and is folded, as is typical of U.S. one sheets of that period. A nice example of the poster.
