Original Associated Exhibitors Scene Lobby Card (11x14) for the Fred C. Newmeyer silent comedy, A SAILOR MADE MAN (1921) starring Harold Lloyd, Mildred Davis, Noah Young, and Dick Sutherland. This silent comedy tells the story of an idle and wealthy playboy (Lloyd) who joins the Navy when the father of the girl (Davis) he wants to marry tells him to get a job to prove himself worthy. When this film was released, Lloyd became only the second silent comedian to release a feature-length film. This is a very rare lobby card for the movie. The lobby card was in very good condition with one fold and some damage to the border area. We have restored the card and it now presents as very fine. Very lovely old card.
