Original U.S. One-Sheet Poster for the comedy QUICK BEFORE IT MELTS (1964) starring Robert Morse, George Maharis, Janine Gray, and Anjanette Comer. The film was directed by Delbert Mann. Sex was a lot of fun in the sixties, at least for kids, and the adults were trying, sometimes clumsily, to get in on the action. This situation bred a lot of what they called "adult comedies." Robert Morse, an Englishman who had been a sensation on Broadway in HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING really tried to make a splash in movies. But he ended up mostly in films like this one. This poster was used in a theater. It is folded and has some small holes in the corners where it was pinned up.
