Pasolini Film Festival Poster 27x39 Folded. Fine Plus
This poster (27x39) is for a festival of film by Italian filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini. Pasolini was a leftist filmmaker who made some wonderful Italian masterpieces and some shocking ones as well. The festival was sponsored by ARCI, the Associazione Ricreative e Cultale Italiana, a cultural organization associated with the Communist Party in Italy. This poster probably dates from the late seventies or early eighties. The festival program offered screening of ACCATONE (1961), LA RICOTTA (ROGOPAG) 1963, COMIZI D'AMORE (1964), IL VANGELO SECONDO MATTEO (1964), UCCELLACCI E UCCELLINI (1966) AND EDIPO RE (1967). The poster is folded and is in fine plus condition. Slightly smaller than a U.S. one sheet, this poster measures 27x39.
