Twentieth Century Fox Original U.S. Lobby Cards - eight individual 11x14 cards, including a title card - for the Nunnally Johnson directed drama NIGHT PEOPLE (1954). The film stars Gregory Peck, Broderick Crawford, Walter Abel, Buddy Ebsen, Max Showalter, Jill Esmond, Anita Bjork and Peter Van Eyck. The movie is a tale of intelligence intrigue in Allied occupied German post World War II. The son of an American industrialist has been kidnapped, and Soviet skullduggery is suspected. Written and directed by Nunnally Johnson, a figure who was long associated with Fox. The studio decided to produce the film in CinemaScope, the relatively new widescreen process and in color, against the grain of the usual black and white for these kinds of films. These cards were used in a theater, and they have survived the years well. We have graded them to be in very fine condition.
