Original RKO U.S. Three-Sheet Poster for the Richard Fleischer directed film noir THE NARROW MARGIN (1952) starring Marie Windsor, Charles McGraw, and Jacqueline White. The film also features Don Beddoe, Harry Harvey, Gordon Gebert, Donald Dillaway and Franklyn Farnum. One of the gritty film noirs for which RKO became respected. It all takes place on a train. A police detective plays a deadly game of cat and mouse to protect the widow of a slain gangster about to testify in a trial. A group of mobsters on the same train is out to kill her. This is the simple premise upon which one of the truly tense movies of the noir canon is built. The three sheet we offer here is quite rare in this format. One sheet poster have been offered regularly, but not this oversized poster. Three sheet posters are large-format posters which are printed on two separate panels. These panels are joined together to present as one poster. This poster was clearly used in a theater and it is worn. Color is good, but there is some fold separation in one area.
