Also featured in the movie are Maryam d'Abo, Jeroen Krabbe, Joe Don Baker, John Rhys-Davies, Desmond Llewelyn, Robert Brown and Geoffrey Keene. This was one of two films in which the Bond character was portrayed by the handsome Dalton. It was also the last film (until the remake of Casino Royale) to use a title that was derived from an actual work by Ian Fleming.
