Original Regionale Italian Photobusta (13x19) for the Arthur Maria Rabenalt drama, LA LEGGENDA DI GENOVEFFA (1952) [U.S. Title: MISTRESS OF TREVES] starring Rossano Brazzi, Anne Vernon, and Gianni Santuccio. Brazzi plays a medieval Italian count who has just married Genevieve (Vernon), the beautiful daughter of a duke. When the count must go to the Crusades, he leaves his wife in the care of Golo (Santuccio) who tries unsuccessfully to seduce the chaste countess. Golo sees to it that she is accused of infidelity and sentenced to death. Spared by the executioner, she hides in a cave with her baby. Six years later, the count having returned from the Crusades is reunited with his wife and son. This original Italian photobusta is in very good plus condition.
