Original MGM 1972 Re-Release One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Fred M. Wilcox family adventure, HILLS OF HOME (1948) starring Edmund Gwenn, Donald Crisp, Tom Drake, and Janet Leigh. This was the fourth film in the popular MGM Lassie series and starring the original collie Pal. The dog character Lassie was created by Eric Knight in a short story that was later expanded to novel length in 1940. In this film, Gwenn plays a village doctor in a remote Scottish glen who acquires the collie and must teach her to swim. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.
