Original 20th Century Fox One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Albert and David Maysles rock concert documentary, GIMME SHELTER (1971) starring the Rolling Stones, the Jefferson Airplane, and the Flying Burrito Brothers. This film is a documentary of the 1969 Rolling Stones Tour, with much of the focus on the tragic concert at Altamont Speedway in December of 1969 - only four months after the iconic Woodstock Festival. About 300,000 people came to the concert, and the organizers put the Hell's Angels in charge of security, who spent most of their time beating up spectators and killing at least one. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine plus condition - with only one minor fold separation.
