Gelatin Silver Print of actress Genevieve Hamper Mantell (8x10). The photograph has been signed with the imprimatur Genevieve Hamper Mantell. The photo is in very good condition. No photographer is known. This photograph was clearly mounted in a photo album and there is some evidence of that on the verso. Condtion is very good to fine. Genevieve Hamper was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 8, 1888 and died in New York City on February 13, 1971. She played in seven films, the last one being UNDER THE RED ROBE (1923). This photo was the personal property of Mr. Louis Novi, a Texas businessman. MovieArt acquired it from his grandson. A provenance is available.
