Quite Large The film was directed by Richard Brooks, and starred Lana Turner, Pier Angeli, Bonar Colleano, Carlos Thompson and Eric Pohlman. The poster is clearly devoted to Turner, portrayed beautifully by Ercole Brini, as the beautiful but bad woman who manipulates almost all of the men in this film. The movie was a remake of a French film, which was also a remake of a French film based on a potboiling novel by Auguste Bailly entitled "Naples Au Baiser de Feu". Carlos Thompson sings in the film. A little of this, a little of that. The movie is a lost film, very odd for an MGM movie made in 1954. A few collector's prints have survived, but don't expect any Blu-Rays of this one.
