Magna Original U.S. One-Sheet Poster for the Joseph Cates directed comedy film THE FAT SPY (1966). It isn't a spy film at all, but rather a rather broad parody of teen beach party films. Widely regarded as one of the worst films of the sixties, it is nevertheless curious because of the appearance of Jordan Christopher and the Wild Ones. Also, Johnny Tillotson, cast out of his era. Holding up the tentpole are Phyllis Diller, Jack E. Leonard, Brian Donlevy and Jayne Mansfield. The movie was hardly distributed in 1966, but became known because of video distribution.
