Universal Pictures Original U.S. Lobby Card Set for the John Badham directed horror film DRACULA (1979). The old vampire's tale has been told several times on film. Here the handsome Langella is cast as a more romantic Drac. Like Universal's earlier 1931 version starring Bela Lugosi, the screenplay for this adaptation of Bram Stoker's novel Dracula is based on the stage adaptation by Hamilton Deane and John L. Balderston, which ran on Broadway and also starred Langella in a Tony Award-nominated performance. These lobby cards (the set only contains four card) were used in a theater, and except for some staple holes near the bottom border, and in reasonably fine condition.
