20th Century Fox Original 39x55 Italian poster for the Irving Cummings directed musical DOWN ARGENTINE WAY (1940). The film stars Betty Grable, Don Ameche, and Carmen Miranda. Miranda is not shown on this poster, but the images of Grable and Ameche by Angelo Cesselon are beautiful. Colors are vivid. The poster has a small tear on one edge. We recommend linen-backing simply because this poster would look so good in a frame, spruced up. There was a fine supporting cast for the film including Charlotte Greenwood, J. Carrol Naish, Henry Stephenson and the wonderful Nicholas Brothers.
