Warner Brothers Original Italian Two-Foglio or 39x55 folded poster for the comedy film CRITIC'S CHOICE (1963) starring Bob Hope, Lucille Ball, Jessie Royce Landis, Marie Windsor, John Dehner, Joan Shawlee and others including Bob Hope pal Marilyn Maxwell. Bob Hope and Lucille Ball made four films together and this was the last one. Hope is a theater critic and his wife, played by Lucille Ball, decides to write a play. She doesn't think that he should review the play because..well, you know why! But he does and that is when the proverbial caca hits the fan. This is an area that was somewhat mined in the Doris Day / David Niven movie PLEASE DON'T EAT THE DAISIES, but to somewhat better effect. Still the Italian poster with art of the two comedy giants by Enzo Nistri is pretty nice. This poster was used in a Cinema in Italy and should be regarded in average used condition.
