The film stars Jane Greer, Dennis O'Keefe, Lizabeth Scott, Erskine Sanford, Edith Evanson, Kenneth Tobey, George Magrill and Fay Baker. Just released from prison, Mildred Lynch (Greer) changes her name and moves to Los Angeles. Scott plays Mildred's parole officer, and like a dutiful parole officer she finds a job for the louche Greer. Scott is quickly repaid by the best of all bad girls, Greer, who takes up with Scott's boyfriend. You cannot trust these people, honestly. RKO posters, during the brief period that the studio was run by Howard Hughes, are really some of the best printed U.S. posters of the early 1950s.
