Omnia Pictures Original U.S. Three Sheet Poster for the James HIll directed sci-fi drama CAPTAIN NEMO AND THE UNDERWATER CITY (1969) starring Robert Ryan as Captain Nemo. The film also stars Nannette Newman, Luciana Paluzzi, and Chuck Connors. The characters in this film were all created by Jules Verne is his novel 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA. Disney famously made a film of the original novel with James Mason as the cultured and egomaniacal submarine captain. Here is a sequel of sorts, in which some of the characters are brought back. Nemo takes his guest to an underwater city, and he is chagined to learn that they might not want to stay there. The poster is very sci-fi! Three sheet posters are large format posters which are generally printed on two separate panels which are joined together to present as one poster.
