Schaffner science fiction thriller, THE BOYS FROM BRAZIL (1978) starring Gregory Peck, Laurence Olivier, James Mason, Lilli Palmer, and Steve Gutenberg. Barry Kohler (Gutenberg), a young Nazi hunter, tracks down a gang of former SS officers in Paraguay in the 1970s and uncovers a sinister plot to rekindle the Third Reich. The film received three Academy Awards nomination: Best Editing for Robert Swink, Best Actor for Olivier, and Best Musical Score for Jerry Goldsmith.
